To set the frame color, first select
the topics you want, then click on the toolbar button of the
formatting toolbar 
.
.When you click on the brush icon the topic's frame color will be changed to the last used color;
When you click on the small arrow icon a color pallet will appear allowing you to choose the color
you want.
Tips: The topic background color will be adjusted accordingly to accommodate the frame color,
making a better looking (blend with transparency) without extra effort. If you don't like the
automatically chosen color, you can select the background color manually.
