Do any of the following to add text notes to a topic.
· Select menu Topic > Notes when
a topic is selected.
· Right click any topic
and select Notes from the context menu.
· Press <Ctrl + T>.
· Select the Notes
button in the toolbar.
When
a topic contains text notes a yellow icon will be displayed inside the box of the topic
looking like this 
To remove text notes from a topic, do any of the following:
· Select menu Topic > Clear
Notes when a topic is selected.
· Right click on the
icon which displayed inside the topic that indicates text notes, and
select Clear Notes from the context menu.
· Delete all text in
the Text Notes editor and close it.
