The easest way to delete the current topic is to click the floating small red-cross button 
which
appears underneath a topic while the mouse hovers near it. Or do any of the following:

· Select menu Edit > Delete Selected when there are one or multiple topics are
selected.
· Right click on the selected topic and select Delete Selected.
